The Role

  • The Residential Worker role is based within a children's home in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The home has been rated GOOD by Ofsted, and you will create a warm, nurturing environment.
  • Contribute to day-to-day functioning so children's needs are met, including education, social development, health, and wellbeing.
  • Develop positive relationships to help children understand and process their life experiences.
  • Help children understand their strengths and encourage aspirations for their future.
  • Follow policies and work with partner agencies to safeguard children and young people.

Please note this is a 17½ hour position.
