Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: create and perform unit, functional, and accessibility tests
• Bug Reporting & Resolution: document issues, assist in debugging
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support customers during UAT
• Platform Monitoring: track usage, generate reports
• Quality Reviews & Site Maintenance: regular audits
• Project Collaboration: work with development teams
