The Role:

  • The ICT Technical Analyst plays a vital role in delivering high-quality technical support across a large user base, leveraging IT tools and technologies to resolve incidents and service requests promptly and effectively.
  • The role demands full proficiency in enterprise telephony and ICT systems, enabling efficient fault classification, escalation, and resolution.
  • ICT Technical Analysts contribute to IT support from the first point of contact, maintain accurate data capture, and support disaster recovery communications.
  • They perform detailed diagnostics, apply technical fixes, and contribute to long-term solutions.
  • Duties include deploying and configuring hardware and software, maintaining system access controls, and supporting network and infrastructure operations.
