- Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week (Monday, Friday, 1 in 4 Sundays)
- Job Type: Fixed Term, part-time
- Salary: £26,701 per annum, pro-rata
Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Client Care Administrator to join our fantastic Client Care team on a Fixed term contract, to help meet the growing business demand. As the first point of contact, our Client Care team are a vital part of our client relationships and experience. As a Client Care Administrator, you will have varied responsibilities so that every day will be different. Greeting clients and their pets, talking to veterinary practices, arranging appointments, helping clients who call us are just some of the things that you will be involved in.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing face-to-face with clients who may be worried or upset and need reassurance.
- Confident with telephone work.
- Previous experience within a veterinary or healthcare environment is essential.
- Passionate about pets, work to high standards, and a great team member.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Maintain a professional and caring approach.
- Evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and clinical systems.
