Job Description
Paragon is a purpose-built multidisciplinary referral hospital just outside Wakefield, close to the Yorkshire countryside with excellent links to Leeds and Manchester airports. The successful candidate will benefit from working alongside some of the country's leading specialists, supported by a team of skilled and compassionate veterinary nurses.
Responsibilities
- Perform and report ultrasound scans under the guidance of two experienced diagnostic imagers
- Perform CT, MRI and fluoroscopic studies after full training
- Develop skills in producing high quality diagnostic imaging reports on radiographic, CT, fluoroscopic and MRI studies
Requirements
- At least 2 years post graduate experience in either small animal or mixed practice
- Completion of a 1 year rotating small animal multi-disciplinary internship at a referral hospital or equivalent clinical experience in small animal practice
- Must be a MRCVS and have a strong interest in small animal Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging
- Must have good spoken and written English
