Gas Engineer

About the Role

As a Gas Engineer, you will complete annual gas servicing and heating repairs, work out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis, and deliver excellent customer service. You will report work using your PDA and adhere to health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Completion of annual gas servicing & heating repairs to health & safety guidelines and gas safety regulations
• Available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Report/comple works using PDA
• Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards
• Be flexible with a wide range of customers and schedules

Requirements

• ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices
• Ability to manage time and workload independently
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (desirable)
• Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) desirable
