Quantity Surveyor

As part of a leading national group, you’ll join a dynamic Commercial team delivering reactive and planned maintenance works across residential and commercial portfolios with real scope to develop and progress your career.

As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll support the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of R&M and property maintenance contracts, managing costs, value and relationships across multiple projects.

Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:

  • Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
  • Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting
  • Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works
  • Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio
  • Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance

What We Need from You:

  • 1 to 5 years experience in:
  • Repairs & Maintenance essential
  • Heating & Compliance ideal
  • Facilities management
  • Property building maintenance
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
  • Experience working across planned and reactive works
  • Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable
