About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic Collections Agent to join our rapidly growing global Collections team and support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]' growth in the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily monitoring into our receivables book to uncover underperforming and inactive customers.
  • Solving puzzles: diving deep into customer inactivity to find efficient solutions.
  • Direct engagement via daily phone calls and emails.
  • Legal liaison: contacting customers via legal letters.
  • Managing defaulting account volumes within budget limits.
  • Fairness Ambassador: championing fair treatment of customers.
  • Autonomy to manage and prioritise daily workload with team support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in a collections team, preferably SME collections.
  • Self-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and propose process improvements.
  • Nice to have: fluency in German, Polish, or Czech.

Hybrid Approach
