Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative and considered media mailers, and persuasive and engaging press releases and copy.
  • Actively seek opportunities to pitch news stories.
  • Lead showroom appointments and cultivate relationships with press.
  • Oversee Account Assistants/Interns in the daily Sample Trafficking process.
  • Manage workflow and delegate priorities.
  • Review client credit levels and discuss findings with Account Managers.
  • In the absence of Account Managers, communicate to client stakeholders.
  • Support asset management process and ensure ROI.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and media updates.
  • Create relevant competitor analysis.
