Responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of SharePoint environments including site creation, user issue resolution, troubleshooting, migration projects, and collaboration with infrastructure teams. Requires strong experience with SharePoint 2010/2013, MS IIS, Windows Server, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in production of procedures and SharePoint documentation, maintain disaster recovery plans.
  • Perform typical administrative activities: site creation, user issue resolution, monitoring SharePoint logs.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint application issues.
  • Participate in major migration projects.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure team on implantation/improvement projects.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint servers and align infrastructure with corporate needs.
  • Set up and configure SharePoint Services on Servers, maintain Web Front End Servers, Indexing Servers.
  • Creation and maintenance of Sites and Site Collections.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong experience of web and application services running MS IIS, SharePoint 2010/2013.
  • Strong Microsoft platform experience supporting Windows Server, MOSS.
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise applications like SharePoint 2010/2013, CRM, Resource Management Systems.
  • Experience maintaining and managing production systems with high reliability.
  • Familiarity with networking/distributed computing concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, local mail relays.
  • Knowledge of Messaging and Directory Services, Active Directory, and other Microsoft Technologies.
