- Internal reporting and decision support: build and maintain internal dashboards for internal departments
- Support recurring strategic analytics workstreams and dashboard refresh cycles
- Produce and refresh Power BI reports for academic-year transitions, contract renewals and commercial reviews
- Data engineering collaboration with KABS ([Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Digital Transformation Team): collaborate with the KABS Python development team on data ingestion, metadata, semantic models and pipelines, with the ability to read, write and review Python (including PRs, helper scripts and shared notebooks)
- Support the migration of analytics workloads to Microsoft Fabric, including workspace setup, data modelling and source integration
- Investigate and triage data quality issues end-to-end, tracing problems back to source systems, semantic models or Python pipelines, and working with engineers to fix them
- Operational and BAU work: run and maintain recurring BAU tasks and tickets, including scheduled reports
- Manage Power BI access, RLS, dataset refresh issues, gateways, and account or permission changes
