Corporate Partnerships Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Corporate Partnerships Manager. Location: London, Lambeth (Hybrid). Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + OTE (up to 15%). Employment Type: Permanent. Minimum Experience: Experienced.
Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships you will drive apprenticeship sales growth by managing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. This role combines account management with proactive business development, contributing to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s mission to enable growth through skills development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors
- Achieve annual sales targets (approx. £750k sales value in year one)
- Develop proposals and present solutions aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline progress
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner success
KPIs
- Sales value of apprenticeship starts confirmed
- New accounts opened
- Client retention and satisfaction scores
Skills & Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in apprenticeships or training
- Strong understanding of the apprenticeship levy and funding models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Tenacious, ambitious, and target-driven
