What you will be doing
- Receive, review, and fully understand customer spare parts requirements
- Log customer enquiries in the ERP system and issue timely acknowledgements
- Coordinate with Estimating to track enquiry progress and update customers and Sales accordingly
- Create customer orders in the ERP system and issue order acknowledgements
- Prepare and facilitate project launch reviews with relevant stakeholders
- Lead regular progress review meetings with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales
- Provide customers with regular updates on contract and order progress
- Support Engineering with the preparation of spare parts lists and manage spares‑related tasking
- Assist Sales with customer follow‑up on key opportunities
- Support Service Coordinators and Service Engineers with urgent or unplanned spare parts requirements
- Monitor, report, and analyse KPIs related to enquiry response times and on‑time delivery
- Provide wider Sales support, including compliance documentation, enquiry management, and coordination between Sales and Engineering
We think you should have
- Degree‑level education in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales support and customer‑facing roles
- Experience within the maritime industry or a related sector

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident user of ERP systems and standard IT applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
