Junior Account Manager - Social Media & PR

Location: Hampshire (Hybrid Working, 3 days in office)

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Level: Associate

The Role

  • Managing social media and PR activity across multiple client accounts
  • Planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, PR and social channels
  • Creating engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Managing social scheduling, community management and paid social campaigns
  • Writing press releases, social copy and marketing content
  • Building strong relationships with clients, media and influencers
  • Presenting ideas and campaign plans directly to clients

What They Are Looking For

  • Previous agency experience within PR, social media or integrated marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and content creation
  • Confident managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Someone creative, collaborative and confident working in a fast-paced environment
