The Role
As Talent Assistant, you will work closely with two experienced Talent Managers, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of creators. You'll play a key role in coordinating brand partnerships, maintaining talent relationships, and helping to drive the careers of your roster. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both the commercial and strategic side of talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting two Talent Managers in managing a curated roster of digital content creators
- Acting as a key point of contact for talent, building strong and trusted relationships
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of brand partnerships and paid collaborations
- Managing communications between talent, brands, and internal teams
- Supporting negotiations, deal logistics, and campaign delivery timelines
- Helping to identify new commercial opportunities for talent growth
- Assisting with talent schedules, deliverables, and content deadlines
- Supporting with contract admin, usage rights, and campaign requirements
- Attending shoots, events, and brand activations where required
- Monitoring campaign performance and supporting reporting
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, social platforms, and emerging creators
About You
- 1+ years of experience within talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or a related field - you must have worked with talent in some capacity
- A strong interest in social media, digital creators, and brand partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working directly with talent and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
