Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on experience

Purpose of the role

The Area Product Sales Manager will develop sustainable and profitable sales growth of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] product range. This includes Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning equipment and Refrigeration installation and service ancillaries.

Daily duties and responsibilities

  • Promote sales of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s range of products by building relationships with Air Conditioning and Refrigeration contractors through planned targeting of existing and potential clients, and effective account management.
  • Engage and interact with client decision makers through telephone and written communication to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales turnover and profit targets agreed for the territory/assigned customer group.
  • Define and implement coordinated sales and marketing plans with the local [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] branch and marketing to develop relationships and sales with existing and non-spending accounts.
  • Achieve the desired sales execution standards by planning and completing the required number of quality customer visits, recording accurate call notes and updating customer contact details within the CRM.
  • Take self-responsibility to improve product and industry knowledge and measure your own performance against your goals and set corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
  • Have success in defining and implementing local and individual account development plans.
  • Demonstrate effective time and sales territory management.
  • Be an effective team player and communicator with a desire to succeed.
