FULL DESCRIPTION

Internal Project Sales Co-ordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Internal Project Sales Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £21,000-£26,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Process and update air conditioning sales orders in the ERP system and proactively plan deliveries to site with advanced notice to ensure stock availability.
  • Communicate professionally over telephone and email to confirm updates with customers, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Project Sales Managers and our supply partner, Mitsubishi Electric.
  • Keep abreast of order amendments and delivery dates to meet customer project requirements.
  • Provide sales reports and weekly project forecasts detailing invoice schedules.

Requirements

  • Experienced administrator with strong communication skills (verbal and written), thorough, very organised, and enjoys working in a busy team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP systems.
