Responsibilities
- Assist with product orders while maintaining correct stock levels.
- Follow instructions of Managers to implement sales strategies for growth.
- Learn about products, including training in the Cheese Room, Cheese & Wine bar/café, and events.
- Ensure a highly customer-focused service environment consistent with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards.
- Warm and welcoming environment for fellow staff and customers.
- Maintain standards for merchandising, stock rotation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Minimise wastage through effective stock rotation, fridges, displays, promotions, and food preparation.
