FULL DESCRIPTION

Organic Growth Specialist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Mobile Product Marketing team seeks an Organic Growth Specialist to drive organic installs through ASO and social media. This full-time, on-site role is based in Leamington Spa, England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute ASO strategy on Google Play and App Store for all active titles.
  • Optimize titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, and creative assets to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and report category rankings, CVR, and keyword performance.
  • Act as main contact for Google Play and App Store account managers.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests for icons, screenshots, and videos.
  • Track and analyze organic traffic, conversion rates, and trends.
  • Manage and grow the game's social media presence across key platforms.
  • Collaborate with UA, creative, and product teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market monitoring.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proficiency with AppTweak and/or AppFollow.
  • Ability to write SQL for data analysis.
  • Good understanding of statistics and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to be based at our Leamington Spa studio 5 days per week.
