Organic Growth Specialist

Responsibilities
- App Store Optimization (ASO) across Google Play and App Store
- Store management and communication with platform account managers
- A/B testing for icons, screenshots, and videos
- Organic performance analysis and reporting
- Social media and community growth
- Cross-team collaboration with UA, art, and product teams
- Market and competitor monitoring
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within mobile gaming
- Proficiency in AppTweak or AppFollows
- Ability to write SQL for data analysis
- Good understanding of statistics and confidence intervals
