[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Salaried GP to join our supportive team and provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a primary care at scale group. This is your chance to be part of a values-led team making a real difference in the local community.

What you’ll work on

• A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
• Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
• Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
• Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard
• Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

If you

• Are a General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care
• Have a passion for your work and a burning desire to thrive in a dynamic organisation whilst delivering NHS services to a wide range of patients
• Are organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities

The surgery has served the local community since 1874 and is now home to a dedicated team, providing care to approximately 10,000 registered patients. We’re proud to continue a long tradition of healthcare in the area, offering high-quality, patient-centred services in a friendly and collaborative environment.

We have exciting plans to deliver a state-of-the-art redevelopment of the surgery in the very near future.
