Summary

About the Role
As our Clinical Lead GP, you will combine clinical practice (75%) with influential leadership (25%). You will join a supportive, ambitious organisation that values innovation, empowers clinicians, and recognises the importance of continuity, collaboration, and compassionate care.

Key Working Relationships
You will work closely with: Group Clinical Lead, Associate Director of Patient Safety & Associate Director of Quality, Business Manager, Regional Network Operations Manager, and a wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.
Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)
Essential:
- GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
- Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
- Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
- Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.

- High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong digital and clinical system literacy.

The surgery is situated in a historic Grade II listed building that will soon be undergoing redevelopment — bringing together architectural heritage with a modern, patient-centred design.
