Influencer & Affiliate Manager
Company: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

Salary: Competitive
Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has built something rare. Half a million customers. A brand that people trust with their health across EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. An influencer and affiliate programme that is live, producing results, and nowhere near its ceiling. Now we need someone to take it there.
You will own both channels end to end — strategy, deal-making, technical infrastructure, team management, and commercial performance. You will manage two direct reports. You will negotiate directly with talent agents. You will run the attribution, the tracking, the commission logic, and the platform mechanics. And you will report on performance with the same rigour as a paid media manager.
What You Will Own
- The influencer strategy, end to end.
- The deals — gifting, flat fee, commission, long-term ambassador.
- The content — working with creative strategy to produce high-performing UGC.
- The affiliate programme built on Superfiliate.
- Multi-channel activations — podcasts, newsletters, events, co-branded content.
- The team — managing the Influencer Executive and Affiliate Executive.
Who You Are
- You build genuine relationships and know how to negotiate commercially.
- You are hungry — early career or experienced, capability matters more than CV.
- You care about numbers and tie every initiative to measurable outcomes.
- You spot opportunities and chase them without waiting to be told.
- You can manage and develop a team.
