Shift: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 rotating

About the role
As a Team Member at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you’ll be part of a close‑knit team that keeps our household‑favourite snacks flowing from line to shelf. Working on a fast‑moving production line, you’ll help make sure our products are made safely, to the right quality and on time.
This is a hands‑on role where teamwork, attention to detail and pride in what you do really matter. You’ll play an active part in maintaining our equipment, improving how we work and supporting a positive, inclusive team culture. What will you be doing?
- Running production equipment
Operate and monitor machinery to produce high‑quality snacks, following standard operating procedures to keep colleagues and consumers safe - Protecting quality and standards
Carry out quality checks, packaging and labelling to make sure every product meets [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards - Owning Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (CIL)
Complete and take part in CIL activity for your area, including initial intensive cleans to restore equipment to base conditions - Finding and fixing defects
Identify, log and help resolve equipment defects, track losses and contribute to defect lists and shift action plans - Supporting continuous improvement
Maintain 5S standards, support basic maintenance and changeovers, contribute ideas, and help new starters or agency colleagues feel part of the team

Job Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience
Experience in a food manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential - A data‑aware mindset
Comfortable working with information, tracking issues and following a clear plan - A problem‑solving approach
Able to spot issues and use simple tools and teamwork to help resolve them - Technical confidence
Some technical mastery on equipment is beneficial, with the willingness to learn more - A hands‑on, safe approach to work
Happy to carry out physical tasks such as reaching, lifting and crouching, using the right safety equipment and processes
