  • KP Pension Plan – contribution matching up to 7% of your salary
  • 25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more
  • KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more

What will you be doing?

Operate and monitor machinery to produce high‑quality snacks, following standard operating procedures to keep colleagues and consumers safe
  • Protecting quality and standards
Carry out quality checks, packaging and labelling to make sure every product meets [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards
  • Owning Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (CIL)
Complete and take part in CIL activity for your area, including initial intensive cleans to restore equipment to base conditions
  • Finding and fixing defects
Identify, log and help resolve equipment defects, track losses and contribute to defect lists and shift action plans
  • Supporting continuous improvement
Maintain 5S standards, support basic maintenance and changeovers, contribute ideas, and help new starters or agency colleagues feel part of the team
