About the Role

As Customer Service Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you’ll lead a team ensuring accurate order processing, smooth execution with customers, sites, and 3PL partners. You’ll drive continuous improvement, automation, and cross-functional collaboration within the Supply Chain Extended Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day Customer Service operations for accurate order receipt, processing, and release.
  • Owning service performance with 3PL partners, monitoring KPIs and resolving issues.
  • Driving continuous improvement and automation for greater efficiency.
  • Supporting change across the business including NPD launches, SKU changes, and stock allocation.
  • Leading, developing, and engaging your team through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG or 3PL customer service or order management with ERP-driven processes.
  • Proven people leadership capability including team engagement and development.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with automation experience.
  • Strong technical capability with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and JDE or similar ERP.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
