The Opportunity
High-Performance, Long-Term Force Multiplier. We are hiring a truly exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a high-growth, Series B company building toward a multi-billion pound, multi-generational business.
This is not a reactive diary management role. We are looking for a precision-driven, intellectually sharp, high-EQ operator who can act as a true guardian of time.
Where You’ll Make An Impact
- Design and own the Founder’s time architecture
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper
- Apply strong judgement to inbound opportunities
- Represent the business to senior operators, investors, and founders
- Build structured systems for calendar management, relationship tracking (CRM), executive rhythm, and internal coordination
- Reduce administrative load quickly
- Improve executive meeting cadence
- Operate at the centre of a high-performance, ambitious, office-based environment
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Full ownership of calendar and time architecture
- Clear structure around deep work, talent, investor, and operational time
- Reduced administrative burden for the Founder and leadership team
- A clean, structured system for managing key relationships and follow-ups
- Increased clarity and intentionality in how time is allocated across the company

You have: significant experience supporting a high-performing CEO or founder (typically 5+ years), proven experience thriving in high-intensity environments, demonstrated longevity and discretion, evidence of strong judgement and executive presence.
