Clinical Pharmacist (Harness North)

The role focuses on delivering patient-centred care, medicines optimisation, structured medication reviews (SMRs), and long-term condition management. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to improve prescribing practices, enhance patient outcomes, and reduce medicines waste, while leading quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Salary: £42,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
