Master Technician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Master Technician in Leamington Spa. Salary up to £45,000 basic DOE plus uncapped bonus (OTE £51,000-£54,000). Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Job Description

Your Day-to-Day

  • Diagnose, service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Perform complex diagnostics and fault-finding on modern systems
  • Carry out vehicle health checks (including video, where applicable)
  • Mentor and support junior technicians
  • Maintain workshop safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Master Technician accreditation
  • EV and Hybrid qualifications (Desired for top banding of salary)
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Positive, reliable team player with a passion for learning.
