FULL DESCRIPTION

LCV Technician (Late Shift)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced LCV Technician for a late shift (14:30-23:00) at their Southampton dealership. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a basic salary of £35,000 – £45,000 plus overtime and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on LCVs
  • Use diagnostic tools and technical resources to identify faults
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Work collaboratively with the wider workshop team and Service Advisors
  • Ensure all work meets DVSA and manufacturer standards

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent
  • Proven experience working on vans or light commercial vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
