About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Manager to join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Vauxhall in Falkirk. You’ll be working with a growing sales team of high achievers with a genuinely very realistic OTE and potential progression path to higher management positions.

Hours: 5 day week on a rota which will include some weekends.

• Ability to lead a team to outstanding results
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity
• Establish wants and needs of customers while building rapport
• Expertly handle enquiry management process
• Work under pressure, establish targets and monitor performance
• Address shortfalls with team and Sales Manager
• Provide regular feedback, coaching and development
