FULL DESCRIPTION

Master Technician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Master Technician/Diagnostic Technician at their dealership in Melton Mowbray. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with Saturday mornings on rota. Salary £25,000-£45,000 per annum.

Requirements

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and to high standards.
  • Carry out electronic visual health checks (eVHC).
  • Ensure all repairs are completed safely, in line with MOT and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and upskilling.

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • EV qualification desirable (training can be provided if required).
  • Previous experience in a diagnostic or master technician role, ideally within a dealership environment.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help colleagues and customers.
