You’ll need to be a go getter and proactively plan and execute marketing activity, to increase brand awareness and sales of the Alfa Romeo luxury vehicle range. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, by also providing aftersales support.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, with a day off in week (day to be decided), Every other Sunday Off

Skills & Experience Required

  • Sales & Marketing experience, ideally for a premium/high-end brand and possess a track record of success
  • Customer Service experience, working in a customer facing environment, ideally for a premium/high-end brand
  • Highly motivated, personable and extremely organised
  • Passion for the automotive industry and new technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Organised, with great attention to detail
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Be motivated by the prospect of working with an exciting, progressive and highly customer focused brand

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used Alfa Romeo vehicles and other connected services, finance plans, accessories and aftersales service plans.
  • Actively promote the brand and raise awareness in the local community through participation in community events, leveraging social media platforms, and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the central character in the client relationship, actively listening to and understanding client needs to provide suitable sales offers and aftersales support.
  • Help manage a superior client experience through all client interactions (physical and digital) including contactless appointments, home deliveries and exclusive events.
  • Enhance the customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Embody the Alfa Romeo brand and maintain a deep understanding of the premium and luxury sectors across industries.
  • Stay informed about constantly changing competitor offers to effectively position our products and services.
  • Utilise technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, digital platforms, video tools, and other relevant software to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.
  • Manage the customer journey through the Service department, ensuring operating standards are followed and the customer is satisfied/delighted.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dealership’s sales, aftersales, marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceed customer expectations.
  • Support the Alfa Romeo Brand Manager in supplies management, vehicle orders, business forecasting and stock management.
  • Adhere to unit sale and operating margin profitability targets.
  • Contribute to achieving fixed sales and quality objectives to drive business performance.
  • Continuously learn and develop by participating in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of Alfa Romeo vehicles, industry trends, and sales techniques.
