Vehicle Technician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is hiring a Vehicle Technician in Braintree. Full-time, Monday to Friday, no weekends. Salary OTE £38,000 – £50,000 per year plus benefits.

  • Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Generous & Uncapped Bonus Scheme, OTE £38,000 – £50,000 per year
  • Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours total, NO WEEKENDS!, 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays

The Role

  • Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Making sure all necessary Vehicle Health Checks are completed accurately
  • Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and address issues
  • Complete MOT Tests (if qualified)

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Time served Vehicle Technician – main dealership experience is not essential
  • The ability to work within a highly successful team
  • MOT Licence preferable but not essential
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
