Warranty / Service Administrator

The role
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty / Service Administrator to support a busy aftersales department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring warranty processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and audit requirements
- Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand requirements to resolve queries
- Monitor warranty submissions and follow up on outstanding claims
- Conduct customer pre-calls to confirm bookings, gather relevant information, and ensure a smooth service experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Support the service team with general administrative duties
About you
- Previous experience in a service or warranty administration role (automotive preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
- Comfortable making outbound pre-calls to customers
- Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
