About the Role
As a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Support Worker in Middlewich, you will provide person-centred, outcome-focused support tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll help people build independence, confidence and stability while promoting dignity and respect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with medication management
- Teaching and encouraging daily living skills
- Assisting with personal routines and household tasks
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Providing emotional support during challenging periods
- Assisting with tenancy management
- Working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure positive outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
We are recruiting Part-time Support Workers (23.5 hours) and Full-time Support Workers (37.5 hours). Roles include a mix of day and night shifts across a 7-day rota. Experience in mental health or supported living is desirable but not essential – we value compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to empowering others. Full induction and ongoing training are provided.
