At ISL, Roman House in Chester, we provide an outreach service which supports people experiencing mental health crisis including both hospital avoidance and hospital step down pathways, delivered in partnership with Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS. The service is RMN nurse led.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live independently and prepare them for moving forward in their lives. We are looking for full time (37.5 hours) or part time staff (23.5 hours), working around a 7 day rota, to support people in the Cheshire West and surrounding areas, including Chester, Knutsford, Middlewich, Northwich and Winsford. Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex. The service does not provide intimate personal care.

You will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle to travel between clients in the community.
