Our Blackpool service supports 8 individuals in self-contained apartments, enhanced by modern assistive technology. About the Role: Deputy Manager (Supported Living)

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager and leading a small team of support staff. You will help ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of staff
  • Complete staff supervisions and performance monitoring
  • Develop and review care plans and risk assessments
  • Manage rotas and staffing requirements
  • Support medication management
  • Promote independence and life skills development
  • Assist with daily living tasks
  • Encourage community engagement and social inclusion
  • Provide emotional and practical support
  • Support tenancy management
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate and committed Deputy Manager who:

  • Is passionate about mental health and supporting others
  • Can lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Has a flexible approach to working hours
  • Is confident working in a fast-paced, person-centred environment
  • Is willing to work across day and night shifts, including weekends
  • Can participate in an on-call rota (once per week)

Full training and induction will be provided.

  • Salary: £28,177.50 per year
