Job Description

As a Service Advisor at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you’ll be the trusted link between our customers and workshop delivering an exceptional experience while confidently promoting and selling aftersales solutions and services that enhance vehicle safety and performance.

  • Act as a key point of contact for our service customers
  • Build genuine trust by understanding each customer’s needs
  • Promote and sell red and amber work identified through electronic vehicle health check
  • Support customer retention by promoting Service Care Plans
  • Collaborate with skilled Technicians for efficient repairs
  • Manage service functions like courtesy car bookings and appointments
  • Build knowledge on products and services
  • Keep customers informed of extras and accessories
