Responsibilities

• Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability
• Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention
• Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
• Proactively conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns
• Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable
• Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols
• Passionate for the industry, the people who work in it, and the people we serve
