Key Responsibilities

• Creating great experiences for customers from initial contact to delivery of their vehicle
• Building knowledge and expertise on products and services to represent the brand with pride
• Championing the sales process, managing new and used car enquiries, converting appointments into sales
• Upselling accessories, extended warranty, and finance packages
• Meeting FCA standards for fair financial advice and services

• Confident with computer systems and a full UK driving licence
