E-Commerce Assistant
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day running of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s online store. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in e-commerce, with a focus on product launches, website updates, and quality assurance. You'll work closely with the wider team to help keep the site and app accurate, engaging, and on-brand.
What You'll Do
- Product Launches: Coordinate and execute end-to-end product launches on Shopify; upload and manage product listings; ensure all launch timelines are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks; test functionality across website and app; identify and troubleshoot issues; maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Shopify Content Management: Build and update homepages, landing pages, and collection pages; implement campaign pages; manage site content and banners.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute digital visual merchandising strategies; curate collections; ensure site reflects [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s brand identity.
- Website & App Optimisation: Review site performance; suggest improvements; support A/B testing.
- General Administration: Admin tasks for Ecommerce leadership; organise meetings; note taking.

Your Experience Includes
- Strong attention to detail and proactive QA approach
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer journey
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Interest in alternative fashion and alignment with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand
Bonus If You
- Experience with Shopify apps and CMS tools
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Work Hours & Location
Hybrid working model: 3 days per week at Brighton HQ, 2 days flexible. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm.
