Senior People Partner

  • Shape and execute a forward-thinking people strategy aligned to divisional and organisational objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-led counsel.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness through structure, workforce planning, and succession.
  • Strengthen talent pipeline with attraction, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Embed a high-performance culture via performance management and accountability.
  • Elevate engagement and inclusion with targeted action plans.
  • Safeguard operational excellence in HR delivery across payroll, onboarding, policy compliance.
  • Lead through change with confidence, minimising disruption.
