This role involves coordinating wellbeing sessions, managing community partnerships, overseeing volunteers, handling communications, and performing administrative tasks for a community organization focused on wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse range of wellbeing sessions and activities, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and high engagement. Prepare monthly schedules, manage weekly session coordination, monitor attendance, and ensure accurate data entry into CRM.
  • Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with members, manage and grow partnerships with NHS, council, and community organisations. Promote activities through newsletters, social media, and community channels. Support grant applications.
  • Volunteer and Facilitator Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of around 40 volunteers. Allocate volunteers to sessions, provide ongoing support and guidance, and encourage service-user-led activities.
  • Communications: Draft and send email updates, newsletters, and monthly communications. Keep WhatsApp groups and mailing lists updated. Respond promptly to service queries.
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Administration: Maintain CRM system with service user information. Produce timely reports (monthly, PSG, monitoring returns). Support data collection, grant applications, budget tracking, and ensure GDPR compliance.
