We are looking for a personal assistant who will support the Alliance Director and wider Leadership team. This role provides dedicated, high-level executive support to the Alliance Director and will act as a trusted partner, enabling effective leadership, decision-making and prioritisation in a complex and fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide high-quality executive support to the Alliance Director, managing diaries, priorities and commitments.
  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and hospitality; process expenses in line with policy.
  • Act as key interface for the Alliance Director’s office, managing information flow and competing demands.
  • Prepare, coordinate and quality-check briefings, papers and presentations.
  • Attend leadership and governance meetings, capturing outcomes and follow-ups.
  • Support communication and coordination across the MEH Alliance and wider project.
  • Contribute to onboarding and integration of senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Maintain well-structured digital records and documentation using agreed systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, including complex diary management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with ability to anticipate needs and work with minimal supervision.
  • High professionalism and judgement in managing information flow.
  • Digital confidence in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Why This Role Matters

This role will play a key part in shaping how the MEH Alliance operates, creating clarity, improving ways of working, and ensuring the function is well connected, visible and trusted across the wider project. It’s an opportunity to step into a role with real variety, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to make a tangible impact from day one.
