Essential

  • Demonstrable ability to deliver accurate and concise project insights
  • Critical understanding of how changes impact risk profile
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively communicates complex issues
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries
  • Understanding of HPC PMO Digital Planning Platforms
  • Detailed understanding of scheduling methodologies
  • Technical comprehension of EPC methods
  • Ability to produce logic-linked construction plans
  • Understanding of Project Controls disciplines
  • Understanding of earned value analysis
  • Understanding of contract types (NEC, FIDIC)
  • Working knowledge of schedule risk analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in Planning team for HVAC works in complex regulated industry (nuclear/energy)
  • Experience of Integrated Planning frameworks
  • Expert in Planning and Project Controls technology solutions
  • Proven experience planning HVAC works in highly regulated industries
