Accountabilities
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Recommend methods to improve overall quality and assists in analysing quality concerns.
- Monitor and assist construction to achieve quality standards.
- Ability to cover weekend working in-line with operational need
Qualifications
- CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2 or PCN L2 or PCN L3
- Major Project Experience
- Nuclear Experience beneficial
Experience
- Perform inspections in accordance with the ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
- Liaise with client's representative for conducting of day-to-day inspection during the construction activities.
- Ensure work activities are in compliance with ECS Code, drawings, vendor and code requirements with respect to; material, alignment, etc.
- Assist QC Manager and Area Leads in executing their responsibilities.
- Maintaining LTQR's as required during inspections ensuring all signatures on LTQR and ITP during inspection.
- Updating SONIM register as required.
- Champion Foreign Material Exclusion, preventing ingress or entrapment of non-specified materials, loose items or debris in equipment and /or systems during assembly and testing.
