Job Overview
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] have an opportunity for a Compliance Engineer to join their growing team, supporting the facilities maintenance at Sizewell C in Leiston. As part of the contract management team, this role is responsible for completing all aspects of the Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) Statutory compliance tasks assigned by the contract support team aligned with the client agreed PPM Planner. This role will work closely with the Contract Supervisor to ensure Statutory Compliance is delivered in line with site Health and Safety, contractual, client and business criteria.
Responsibilities
- QSHE: Ensure implementation of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] processes, comply with safe systems of work, Point of Work Risk Assessments and Toolbox talks.
- Planning: Daily responsibility for time keeping and productivity to minimise costs and maximise profits. Meet agreed completion dates for all PPMs.
- Contract Delivery: Liaise with Supervisor daily, ensure smooth running of PPM tasks. Motivate and lead a strong Health and Safety culture.
- Commercial: Understand contract deliverables and implications of good performance.
- Reporting: Utilise CAFM system, ensure tasks are opened/closed correctly with electronic notes and photographs.
- Customer: Build strong customer focus, timely liaison per escalation policy.

- Learning & Development: Support team development and talent planning.
- Leadership: Demonstrate high standards of leadership, energy, and ownership.
