Complex Healthcare Assistant

£15.20 per hour | Day/Night shifts

About the Client

Our client is a young child, they benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

  • M&H with physio training, repositioning
  • Peg feds
  • Oral suctioning
  • Non Verbal

Understand both polish and English. Ideally looking for carers that can speak both Polish and English, but not essential. Uses Eye Gaze. Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

  • Day shifts - 08:00 - 20:00
  • Night shifts - 20:00 - 08:00

  • Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
  • Supporting with community access and social activities
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
