Care Assistant - Complex care
Location: United Kingdom | Salary: £1000 per week (inclusive of holiday pay) | Type: Full-time, On-site
Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Living Carer to support a range of clients Nationally. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support with mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and guidelines
- Assist with daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health or behaviour
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities where needed
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred
- A caring, patient, and respectful nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Willingness to live in the client’s home and provide flexible support
Shifts & What the Role Involves
We offer consistent and predictable shifts: 7 days a week, 24 hour care. Driver requirements if applicable. The role involves delivering compassionate 1:1 care, supporting with community access and social activities, promoting independence and dignity, providing emotional reassurance, and communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams.
