Care Assistant - Complex Care (Live-in)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Care Assistant for live-in complex care in Sussex. £1000 per week inclusive of holiday pay. Day/night shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support with mobility and safe transfers
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
  • Administer medication in accordance with care plans and guidelines
  • Assist with daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s health or behaviour
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social activities where needed
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred
  • A caring, patient, and respectful nature
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices
  • Willingness to live in the client’s home and provide flexible

Shifts Available

  • 7 Days a week 24 hour care
  • Driver requirements if applicable
